NO. FCPG CEO was issued a WELLS NOTICE and the stock was NOT halted. WELLS NOTICE DOES NOT NECESSITATE A HALT. ALSO, a fully reporting company would have to mention the WELLS notice in a filing. Of course...stinky pinky's do not!!!! But that wont stop us from finding out. LOL.
