Along with chart analysis, we research some if not all of these items before posting a stock to the board. As always it is up to you to do your own DD. The main thing we are looking for in the filings is if a comapany is dumping shares into the float, that is our main concern. We dont want see the company flooding the market with shares. Rememeber the Stock Market is a forward looking indicator we are not concerned if the company balance sheet looks bad at the moment, We want to look at the stock for future events. REGDEX shares are filed as paper filings and can't be accessed electronically. Therefore the vast majority of investors never know about them. They do not show up on most stock sites. Fortunately Yahoo! lists them.
