UBDE Chart - There is no clear indication this is on bottom. It can still go 100 times lower than this. It's at .018 now and can go to .0001. It has been sliding like this since over $1 with no let-up except for a couple of hopeful moments that turned to despair. The RSI is strong right now which worries me because I wonder what will the stock do once the RSI is no longer strong. The CMF is very positive however.
By the name "US Biodefense" this is obviously a terrorism play. I think we get more terror in this country (because Al Qaida is still operational), so if you hold it you'll probably do better than okay.
