RDG, yup, it sure does get tiring being demonized by the rainbows and candy crowd here, who think the ceo and this lawsuit are just a formality being offered in our favor and not giving a lick of sense and credibility to its serious charges...those boys at duke university, accused of rape and later aquitted, thought their case would go no where because they didnt do anything wrong and look what a nightmare those guys went through before the AG of that state stepped in and said, this is nonsense... where was that judge to offer the justice that many think will be here right from the beginning. how much in legal fees did those guys and their parents have to pay to get the justice they deserved? and i might add, against charges that were outrageous and unfounded. im on your side RDG... there have been helpful people on this board, and i am greatful for them, but there are people here that think bravado trumps common sense and reality. time will tell... glty and all of us...

Just correcting wrong info because you didn't. After seeing so many repeat a similar claim, I took time to check it out.

Whatever made you think I expect people to only "talk about rainbows and candy canes?" To the contrary, I think defendants ought to take this suit seriously and seek legal counsel. This could potentially haunt a person for the rest of his/her life.

It's funny you think discussing the lawsuit from different views on a forum is somehow an attack yet have such an open mind that being sued in court for mail and securities fraud is necessary to help you.
