IMO we posters really need to focus on PBLS and not the the people behind the posts.
-A difference in opinions is not a bad thing and the U.S. and Ihub allow different viewpoints to exist and be expressed. -I am not a short term investor, holding here 1.5 years. -My exit strategy has changed with time and I prefer not to reveal it. -I don't short stocks. I shorted one several years ago by mistake and rectified it immediately. -Not a small investor here but medium, over 3 million shares. -Well over $25K invested. -Experience with public companies has revealed that those firms that place inaccurate PR's yield lower monetary gains to investors. Firms issuing false information should be scrutinized. -The SEC is far more involved with microcap stocks the past several years: http://www.sec.gov/news/headlines/microreg.htm -PBLS's short position looks to be manageable and not a big problem:

I agree with you, Jam, and add this to those who threaten calling on the SEC to right the imagined wrongs. How would opening a new front that must be defended help PBLS management to pay closer attention to running the business? Always examine your goals before deciding on a course of action. If your proposed actions are inconsonant with your goals, contemplate a different course of action.
