I could care less if the stock ever trades again. If it does, fine. If it doesn't, fine. I have no stake here.

But it's very foolish for any defendant to imagine that the plaintiff is trying to "help" him or her. In my view, what Megas has done is outrageous. He thinks the brokerages, or DTCC, or somebody should be called to account? Then let him sue THEM.
