Basu's new board members (2) will begin to demand transparency from the Nigerians.

I'm anxious to see whom Basu installs. These guys WILL be the muscles of influence.

Maybe they will start making Burg work at least 40 hours a week.

Countr: I doubt the IPO will come to bear.

Let them raise money through non-dilutive financing, which would keep them from "divying" up the pie even further.

If the IPO does come to fruition, then I think that Basu's new board members will look out Basu's interest (doubt it will happen though).

As it stands now, our interests with Basu are well aligned. Once the board members are installed, Basu can begin affecting positive change for XeChem and US.
