I am keeping an eye on RSPG even though I hold no shares.
It appears to me, that contracts and operations are coming along very well.

The reason I don't re-enter into a substantial position is the manner in which the stock is trading. Very low volume tells me that Maxwell has put this play on hold.

They can't sell off their positions and in effect, "get paid" until they create the environment to do so.

It seems that they are easily maintaining the price at 2.00
but there is no buzz around the stock.

Waiting and watching
