The MM's have PMCL on lockdown right now. They are dictating the trades and will execute (manipulate) them as they see fit. Obviously we have strong support at .03 so this appears to be the bottom. Relatively high volume and virtually no price movement tells me that the MM's are executing some sort of covering plan. There is no doubt that they are short, there is plenty of evidence to support that. If only the company would PR the A/S, O/S, float and short position as determined by the NOBO list we would fly. It will come in due time.
