Bull, why would anyone buy a shell that they had to spend 5 mill on to make it reasonable? Essentially that means JMCP is 5 mill dollars (45 bill sh) in the red right out of the gate. There are plenty of shells available with share structure in low millions to r/m into for whatever model you choose; Russian O&G, China uranium, Dubai construction, ethanol, hot dogs, etc.
However, if a CEO is interested in selling shares instead of oil, a 45 bill o/s shell is much cheaper to buy and immediately petition SEC to double the A/S to 100 BILLION.
