well since Gabe is not here I'll answer for him... Kanno can with a form... restrict "inhouse" or "incompnay": shares so they are NOT effected by the r/s thats why they do it so willy nilly and dont care about us... they dont get effected like we do... BUT: imo kanno will not do a rs and will do a buyback. He's a good guy and I think he's looking out for us SOMEWHAT..

I say:
Don't you think that if they had revenues and a million for the buyback the share price would be a tad higher than now, say 1 cent. At that price $1 Million would get you 100 million shares. That's 4% of outstanding shares. So forget that. Good idea though, just won't work.
