I can't attest to what you would be giving up by making that switch. That having been said, I am glad I am where I'm at... for the moment. Keep in mind that it took a week to make happen what should have happened a week ago IMHO and I will remember that. It's no different that shopping for a car, TV, or anything else... the cheapest one, the one with all the bells and whistles, the biggest, baddest, fastest ones don't always deliver the best performance. Not saying that Scottrade had anything to do with it(would like to think they did), just glad it worked out for me. I would like to see Scottrade make some minor changes but so far, this was my first major test for them and they did alright... as they should IMHO. Ironically, the only reason I chose them was because they had a local office I could visit if I had a problem! I had no idea I would ever have to test it! It was close there for a minute! :-)
Whether you really intend to switch or not... reminding them about the competitions performance could only make you're stay with them better. :-)
