How will AMAT ensure that Intel's process development design doesn't get leaked to the AMD business units?

Intel will help with the non-disclosure procedure by denying AMAT engineers access to its development fabs. AMAT can then -- what they call in the legal arena -- "go pound sand".

It would be a lot easier for Intel to buy AMAT than for AMAT to
buy AMD. I suspect that this would make as much sense as AMAT
buying AMD.

I wonder if we just get a rumor a day to float AMD's share price.
