Ed - Richard Markle is named on documents filed in federal court as being the defense lawyer for all defendants. He will be required to file a motion to be appointed pro hac vice (meaning "for this particular occasion) motion and associate local Florida counsel to assist as sort of a "sponsor" at appearances in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in the proceeding.
