Looking at the financials i have to say this is to low an offer lets move on. If the stock tanks so be it. The board will reject the offer. Now we know who was selling the stock in my opinion. Classic takeover move. After the company got the 50 million financing this party had to make a move. Time is now on our side lets wait until the production figures come in. There seems to be alot people trying to influence shareholders how great an offer this is.
