Cassandra, I think its a positive for edig that they have "friendly" investors who will buy shares rather than having to deal with off shore opportunists as they did with i-kant. Granted, we only know so much about said investors but I think they (edig) are doing the best they can at the moment to obtain funds given their fiscal health. Time will tell. I was hoping that they would give some guidance on revenues for the current quarter. Imo Furman was naive when he made the deal with i-kant. For myself, I see opportunities for edig now that I was hoping for in 2000. I only hope that the stock doesnt become too top heavy from dilution to negate any positive developments. As a shareholder, I would also like them to speak truthfully abou their profit(?) margins and perhaps break down the numbers a little more at the conference calls. The last report certainly didnt reflect what has been speculated on these boards in regards to margins.
