Cassandra quit your worrying! We wont make the same mistake as you did and buy EDIG at $6. We are buying LOW and selling at $6!

Are you a shareholder, financier or vendor?

Cassandra: Are you under the impression that all placements of preferred shares that are convertible into common shares reflect "death-spiral" financing? The reason I ask is because you seem incapable of typing "convertibles" without the modifier "death-spiral." Are you going by rote on this?

Cassandra, I think its a positive for edig that they have "friendly" investors who will buy shares rather than having to deal with off shore opportunists as they did with i-kant. Granted, we only know so much about said investors but I think they (edig) are doing the best they can at the moment to obtain funds given their fiscal health. Time will tell. I was hoping that they would give some guidance on revenues for the current quarter. Imo Furman was naive when he made the deal with i-kant. For myself, I see opportunities for edig now that I was hoping for in 2000. I only hope that the stock doesnt become too top heavy from dilution to negate any positive developments. As a shareholder, I would also like them to speak truthfully abou their profit(?) margins and perhaps break down the numbers a little more at the conference calls. The last report certainly didnt reflect what has been speculated on these boards in regards to margins.

Cassandra I think everyone agrees that financing with convertible shares is an expensive way to raise funds. But since that is water under the bridge we can all hope that a registration of 20 - 30 million shares will cover the convertibles, and get them through the next year without either borrowing or issuing more convertibles. I think we will see the S-3 fairly soon, or at least after the financers have been able to short enough shares and give permission to E-Digital to announce the S-3.
