I have not, as yet, joined the payroll at Viva International. Presently I work under an interim compensation agreement with the Chairman's office. The revenue stream, however, from that agreement has not yet begun to flow AND the agreement itself does not include payment in stock of any kind. I work for the company on an as needed basis performing a variety of tasks; some weeks I may be needed only 20 hours and other weeks perhaps I'll put in 50 or more. My agreement with the Chairman does not preclude me from accepting other work. However, due to Viva's quickly growing needs, I have been devoting more time to this project of late than any of the others in which I am involved.
