yes unless you prescribe to this theory that USSE deal was a non-starter because a pinky like USSE cannot afford 280 million so that was a fluff PR and the fluff story continues with Siam.

Not saying thats the case but one of the many possibilities.

But do explain to me how was USSE suppose to come up with 280 million in the first instance (USSE is not the cleanest company out there itself)
