I'd never do that though. I hate having my hands tied like that. Rather just have a law firm file suit and scare the crap out of them and make them do two things. 1. Cover shares at a settled price. Nothing pump and dump crazy like a buck, but lets say a couple pennies a share. 2. Get it so the spotlight is put on shady TA's in the future to help prevent it from continuing.
