Friday New York Time had a very good piece about the stock ownership by management. Author referred to an article in The Journal of Finance this month puts it, a wealth of studies supports the hypothesis that " managers with greater ownership, or managers with more equity based incentives, are less likely to take value destroying actions." With more than 250 million shares the Jaime is owing, is itself a great incentive to see this company moving forward. Every 10 cents of move in the share price affects him more then any body here.
