Osama bin Ladin is the current international equivalent of Charlie Manson and/or Hitler.
He has taken the farthest-out, leftwing, fruitloop version of misinterpreted Islam, and then bastardized it to suit his own purposes. He then, like Adolph, set about collecting the raghead versions of Goerings, Goebbels, the skinheads, and Squeaky Frohm around him - to promote his self-serving, however well-funded, insanity.
His funds, and the terror cells he spawned, were used. So, he is as guilty as if he had flew the damn planes himself.
First they will cut off the head of the phucquing snake, and then they will wring out the eggs and smash them also.
It all goes back to the money. Without the money they are no more than a bunch of wigged out camel jockeys desperate to organize a raving, midnight circle-jerk - while beating veiled women and children with sticks in their spare time.
