No. there are no restrictions on the F/S shares that happened a few months ago. The O/S went from 130mil to 1.3Billion. This is just people cashing on the free shares. I knew it would come down to 0.0001, then get a R/S of 1:100, then wait to get it at 0.01. PTSH did a big mistake to Spin DBYC off. DBYC has revenues but they are very minimal to keep this above 0.0001 with 1.3 Billion shares unless they R/S 1:100 to bring it to 13mil shares.
