OK, so to be clear: In a merger with an OTCBB company, how would it work? It couldn't be that there would be a 1-to-1 exchange for a stock trading at $1.50, right? Some kind of r/s?

Any thoughts? Excited to read that but want to make sure I get it.

MNM... thanks for posting the email that you received. I just got back and I'm checking in to see what transpired today. Looks like I have lots of posts to read through.

It was great to see all the board members posting on the "roll call" yesterday, especially the shareholders that tend to read the board and not post. Lots of good support out there.

I think people that have been following this company closely realize the potential and are adding on the dips. Some of the people that have jumped on without doing a lot of DD tend to sell when the stock doesn't meet their expectations in a day or two (we saw that happen yesterday from a poster).

This supposed Cashnow email sounds like it was written by my 9 year old daughter....LOL .

Obviously, there is no signature at the end of the note, so it could've been written ny "Morris the Cat ", for all we know.

From : "[e-mail]" sounds dubious at best .

IMO....sounds too much like a severe Pump attempt....

LOL...a lot of simple spelling errors & bad grammar in that email but if you read it a couple of times...clearly provides plenty of outs....so it's typical penny co. pumping whether it's a legit email or not...which makes things interesting...will have to add this to radar again...examples of what I'm referring to:

-We are doing our DD now

-the lawyers think they have issues
that we want to resolve before we close

-The schock and awe news we cant release till the NYSE companies get
their ducks in order

-If we are sucessul
in closing these OTCBB companys

-Its in the
works and not a done deal so dont come back asking when
