my analysis for the benefit of a reverse split of 100 to 1 is solely based on ever rising net profits quarter to quarter that are sustainable. it would be dramatic for the SP and permit the company to go to a financier and sell new shares at a premium or else pay the Shareholders a nice quarterly dividend.
I see this company posssibly expanding into the housing market in the Gulf area similar to a Toll Brothers since it would be a nice fit to their sand and gravel operations.
However all of this is based on hopes. Everything depends in the end on the integrity and competence of management. These are the quintessential qualities that we must have to make our investment pay off handsomely. Who knows if he company has these traits? No one knows for certain.
