Include your statement from your brokerage firm with your response...people should respond...this is more of a fact gathering process to show these fake shares were sold in the open market, the more info they get the better chance of this trading again...Just my opinion...ART did megas say when he was going to file the 10k?

Thanks for putting into words exactly what I was thinking that this action could NOT have been done voluntarially. Hence the lawsuit.
