FWIW, it seems to be worse if I keep IHUB open and just minimize it....and check posts from time to time.
If I close it each time I stop reading and then re-open it, it seems to move quicker.

IHUB very slow. SI also taking up to a minute to deliver a page. Very slow all morning.

Both SI and IHUB are delivering pages very briskly as of a few minutes ago. Big improvement and very fast.
