The OK court judgement, coming from a District court judge, should be a pretty strong weapon. Hopefully you will not have to sue, but if you do...you won't be alone. We'll all have the same judgement at our disposal and if we have to go after the brokers it will be a force of many, not one.

I am still waiting for a reply from Etrade. I bet they'll say they are not liable and tell you to go read the fine prints on their brokerag agreement. We'll just have to let the court decides.

lol in the grand scheme of things if a court decides in company favor and we start threatening to sue the brokerages for real shares, they will make this go away. why? because after megas has his decision then he is free to get this trading for his REAL shareholders. when the stock opens up, what is etrade going to do when you want to trade it....say well you were on the list of FAKE shareholders and you can't trade yours LOL heck no. megas is doing this for the DTC to clear up the FAKE share fiasco and account for where they were sold. once he has that judgement he gets to have his company back on the OTCBB TRADING. what the brokerages do with us is now the brokerages problem. I say they buy on the open market and let us trade too! a buy in without an OFFICIAL buy in.
