Curious what you experienced pinksheet traders think here. I am seeing classic symptoms of dilution. The same MM sits on the ask for several weeks, sells tons of shares at the ask, and the ask does not move. In this scenario, the company raises $1M or more, depending on whether they are selling 30M or more shares, the pps stays where they have put the ask, and someone gets to buy cheap shares by the ton (through SBSH). So, the company raises some capital, Siam (possibly) gets their 30M shares at a bargain, and they may reduce the number of shares they will pay out in the dividend (not sure about this).
