If they want to be listed on Amex PPS should be dollar. I don't remember exactly but should be $2 or $3 I wrote on other forum but there may be poeople who don't read that one so i am sending a copy here.
It may be dollar soon. Floating shares is only 13 million and almost 3 million of them traded within a few days. We built a strong base arround 0.2 - 0.3. Also there are 3.5 million shorted shares (%25 of float) once they start to cover, PPS may double or triple.
trading volume indicates that institions or big boys buying these stock.
