I'll send you a list of questions and I hope McBride will answer them clearly and UNAMBIGUOUSLY...

Paraphrased Example in point:

Q: "Rich, haven't you bought and sold shares in the open market at the time of the run-up in early 2000 and have not reported it in Form 3 and 4?"...

A: "How can you say that I have been selling any of my restricted shares?... It's ridiculous"...

Please, Bear in mind that certain questions may need further clarification or the answers may raise more Questions, before we end up with something worth putting in the box...

Also, all interested Posters should PM me their questions for inclusion in the Questionnaire...
