My statement about propagating untruths meant that he is writing innacuracies, unintentionally. If I thought he was lying, I would say so. I don't think that. I do think he's misinformed and have just spent a couple of hours explicitly laying this out.
BoP, I've said a few times that I'm unfamiliar with penny stocks and offshore trading. If your petition is only about those topics, I've misunderstood. My understanding was that you all were calling for a wholesale and permanent ban on shortselling of all types.
