AMD was directly asked about a private infusion. They said they would welcome money from anywhere they could get it.

I'm publically announcing that I would personally welcome a capital infusion. Minimum $100 million, preferable in large bills.

Seriously though, does anyone have a link to those Fab licensing restrictions? Are they in number of wafers or number of fabs?
