Only the company themselves can cause a "Naked Short" according to the theory that a NS could possibly exist. IPVC/ IPVO/ NMKT has not made any discounted stock deals with any hedge funds so the theoretical NS could not possibly happen. Those who spew "Naked Short" as a reason every time their stock goes down generally doesn't understand what it means. NMKT is in a downtrend but should bounce at .35. If not; .325 should be good support on the charts.

If you want to blame something for NMKT's decline, maybe PR overkill and ever increasing Outstanding Share Count quarterly;
