I think it's another Spectre---the one that moderates the HSM-cfri board. He has moderated Flatsixer and others for just having nonsensical fun and "screwing around", with no ill feelings intended. It's very entertaining, but Spectre apparently doesn't see it that way. He also moderated KOTA for a humanitarian post about an elderly lady who "lived" on a cruise ship, because it was less expensive than an "old folks"home. This was a heart-warming post, and if he had used "good judgement", it wouldn't have been Xed. He apparently has an ego problem, stemming from his moderator position. His weekly exploding stock board is usually a dud.
