I agree with that BUT he knows who bought through street name brokerages. That how he got our names. On top of that he won a judgement against Pino but he is still suing us.

I don't know the procedures yet, all I know is thats what they are looking for, and thats the bad guys who mailed in the fake certs. One or more people on the list is the bad guys, they just don't know who yet. It appears that you would just need to show that you bought the stock in the open market and DID NOT mail shares into your broker to be sold. I guess they can't go through all the brokers so they are doing it this way and weeding through the investors. If it shows that you mailed certs in, and they turn out to be the fake Pino certs, you have problems."
