I guess your interpretation of "BV" and my interpretation of "BV" is different. The way these rating systems work is that anyone who wants to be rated nominates their colleagues to provide ratings for them. Now, the people you "want" to rate you only rate you a "B" and not an "A." That's a little inside joke within the legal profession. That being said, Kulwin did an excellent job with the counter-claim.
