actually what they did was take your name off the certificate and put it under a street name, then inform you they will not except them, anyone find this wierd that etrade told us all to send them in, only to reject them, why do they want our certs so bad, now they have em for 8 weeks to do as they wish, like maybee lend them out to their short buddys...
