I've got Schwab, and the L2s are half-as$ed on some pinks, but there is no restrictions, and $10 trades. The trades are limited to 6 figure---That's why you see some 999,999 lots on the micro-$ pinks. Somebody must have the "perfect" trading brokerage---I wish I knew what it is.
