"The company is the one saying it doesn't recognize the listed defendants as legitimate shareholders." Thats pretty much everyone, seeing as the legal OS was only 4.8M at the time. When I bought my shares, I bought some of that 4.8M. Thats what my broker said they sold me. Let them fix it.
