Probably not a good time to be buying too many OTC BB stocks, but then again. . .what better time? The reason I continue to like HRCT is because it has been the "winningest" stock I've ever owned. The partners and subdivisions of the organization are located in China. Very fertile ground for continued growth in the tech industry. High risk, no doubt. Now those of us who own the shares will just have to see if HRCT can live up to their own expectations. It could take a while. But then again, so will this battle against terrorists.
