I am in California and have not received the summons yet. I assume it will arrive today or tomorrow.

I reviewed the Petition information that was posted. I noticed all counts always refer to "false certificates". I do not nor have I have ever held BCIT in certificate form. My shares are held in street name w/ my broker.

Am i missing something?
