Go look in the old filings. I don't have the time to do it right now. The paragraph below was copied from the 10Q last fall. This is something we have discussed many times over the last 6 months. Until this dilution is finished we stay in this trading range.
If the obligation had been settled on September 30, 2006, under the formula for conversion, the Company would issue approximately 183,717,275 shares of its common stock (with a fair value, based solely on the quoted market price per share as of September 30, 2006, of $0.0055 - $1,010,445 in the aggregate). However, under the terms of the agreement, the maximum number of shares that could be required to be issued is 206,666,666, and the maximum number of shares of common stock that are authorized to be issued by the Company is 500,000,000.
If people are going to make predictions like the stock will be trading @.01 or higher this week, then they better have a trading group with a ton of buying power to help it get there. Its not going to get there any time soon on its own.
RE: How do you get 200 mil over the next few weeks? That makes no sense at all. Please back up your statements with proof.
