I dont see boogie men all the time...INXR is so slow a trade that they glance at it once in a while and fill orders as they notice..No hurry as there are a few MMs no competition to execute orders in a quick fashion..They have 6-8 screens each going on in the brokerages and it is just not popular..soon we will have 13 MMs again and some action to go with it....
