**Updated-Well Dos, if an All-Cash deal were to be done, I would have to say an estimate approx: as of what we had PR'd (of 7.4 mil OZ AU) by Dec 30th 2006....And including also a production facility variable and/or licenses/technologies held...

..These would be variables if they were to split-up by any number o portions thereof of the deal transaction/inclusions couldthen change the dynamices involved....Such as tangible plus or minus intangible assets.

...However then approx; = $3.00/share to approx: $4.00/share, if ALL Cash @ closing and based soley on hard assets...Then some processing technologies could be caried over to another...And we still WIN-BIG in the meantime ;)
