As we trade electronically, our brokers such as Ameritrade etc. would receive that. I am out of the country so cannot call in, but they would be the best bet to find out IMO.

Nope - no mailing or notification through Scottrade - that's why I was wondering.

Actually, I don't think there was any stockholder vote. Bryan owns the majority of the stock. It was his decision alone to do a R/S.

I hope he waits to see what the stock does now that we have changed boards before a R/S is completed.

Once a R/S is scheduled, can the plug be pulled on it? Anyone?
