Accounting is accounting. Filings go to the SEC. The SEC only accepts accounting that follow the same accounting principles. There are not different levels of accounting depending on where your stock is listed.

I don't think they ever made the investment in LITV.

I believe JF mistakenly referred to a purchase as an investment when he said they did not make a further investment (after the purchase) because LITV did not meet requirements.

There have been several places it would have shown up had it been made.
