You are presenting the info in their balance sheet in a misleading way.

Yes, liabilities are bigger than assets, but as you can see that gap is a lot narrower in 2006 than in it was in 2005. Moreover, the current assets don't evaluate the intellectual properties.

This is a net income generating company. There are shell stock out there with a 1M$ market cap. This play is undervalued, period. The only problem with this stock is that management is not putting out fluffs prs like most other corrupt ceos. And since you are a flipper and ta player, you cannot like this stock.
