If the float is 326 million and the rest is locked up for three years, wouldn't any present price rise be based on this amount? When we start pumping oil, building the homes, closing deals the PPS should raise nicely based on these. I have seen posts using 1.5 billion shares which I feel is incorrect until the others are free trading. Using the 326 would give a 5X higher valuation if I am correct.
