I am all for the buy back. But, why all the PRs are good and not increase. TFN going great guns, yet BKMP ---- nothing. WHY

I'm curious if a carrier in the states is going to matter. Nothing seems to matter so far. I know that would mean great revenues for TFN, but so what. TFN is doing good now. Why are'nt we seeing advances in BKMP. Are the head honchos keeping it low until the buy back is complete? If so, isn't that manipulation and illegal?
