We cannot ignore the facts as laid out by Stock_Addict.
at 0.04 2M$ is about 80M new shares that's a 66% increase. Are there any reasons to think they can pay this in another way?

EOY proj rev +500k (1.5M or 60M new shares to go)
EOY proj rev Lifestem+3M --> all ok. But will they get it?

I posted this already 3M is about 1000 patients or 3/day.
dont's say it's not many because they have to come back etc...
and it's not the only thing the doctors do at Medspa's

difficult to believe
so lets say 100 patients for 2007 (1 every 3 days) 300k rev
-> +800k rev is 1/3 of outstanding debt - well... don't know.
not impressive. the only possible company-saver is Lifestem. And that's a pure speculation.
Difficult decision sell or hold?
